User survey on Digital Identity adoption and use (English)

We are conducting a survey to understand user readiness and awareness on Digital Identity in Papua New Guinea. The first phase of the survey is intended for people living in urban centres and has access to internet services. 

The aim of this survey is to : 

  1. identify the need to make more user awareness on Digital Identity, 
  2. identify how  best we could provide customer tailored solutions to overcome barriers in the adoption and use of Digital  Identity, 
  3. improve customer readiness and experience for effective use of Digital Identity
  4. identify concerns on regulation and compliance of the use of Digital Identity 
  5. identify where business partnership and collaboration can improve online customer service in Papua New Guinea ; and lastly
  6. identify how best YuTru can be implemented to meet the needs of Papua New Guineans.  

We thank you for your participation in this important survey, as your feedback will assist us to improve the way our product is designed. Our core function is to enhance customers’ online business experience by securing and safeguarding their personal identifiers (user data), while they transact over the internet.
