YuTru Trust Framework
In a previous post, The YuTru Ecosystem, we explained how customers and businesses might rely on the use of YuTru Digital Identity System for the purpose of verification and identification of customers, and also describe how a YuTru ID gives PNG businesses the ability to secure their online services in a way that is simple for customers to use, highly secure, protects privacy, and is almost zero cost.
In order for the YuTru Ecosystem to work harmoniously it is governed and operated by the YuTru trust framework. The YuTru trust framework is a set of rules based on open standards and international best practices for data privacy, IT governance, biometrics, and computer security. The scheme can also be thought of as the rules of engagement for reliers and end users.
For instance, in the NRL they have rules set for the game, every player, referee, coach, and manager qualifies before they are accepted into a team, and every team that registers to play needs to comply with the rules set out by the NRL. The players follow these rules when engaging in the competition. Without those rules there is no way to ensure common behavior in every game.
YuTru is a platform that implements the trust framework rules. Although, in the future, the scheme rules may outlive the platform, as technology and systems mature and change. You can read more about our scheme rules and the foundation for them under the Governance section on our website.
